My green Aussie Christmas nails

Hello.. I've got my green mani to show you, as part of the Aussie Christmas Challenge.

Have you been having fun creating, taking part in this challenge? This theme today is a simple colour, and for me it represents the start of summer as the grass is lush and having picnics in the park.
After January our front lawn gets really dry and prickly.

Onto the mani, me reminiscing to childhood Christmases past in Australia, playing outside and having fun with other kids from the neighbourhood all day during the summer holidays.

Base polish: essence (seasons of extreme 4)- just the nude of us

A mani christmas: Aussie style

Hello.. I had planned to do a month of manis, mostly nail art with a Christmas theme gathered from pinterest.

But then the awesome Elissa from Lissa's polish addiction  created a themed Aussie Christmas.

With postings every 2 days-- it's much more than you have seen of me recently, but I'm excited to do these as they have an Aussie twist on the traditional Christmas-y, red/white/green mani- especially as we have no snow here when it's Christmas.

The Red theme mani uses my favourite red polish at the moment.

Today I went to a breakfast, it was for a Women's group Christmas break up. I had done the following mani- black and silver, as well as a gingerbread man..

Then later in the day I splashed the red polish over the black, keeping the gingerbread accent nail, and headed out to the Melbourne Zoo for twilight Carols with 89.9 light FM

Base polish: ulta3- midnight fever, chi chi- my bad, bys- down the rabbit hole
